Yesterday I wrote about Real Estate’s upcoming LP coming out on Domino, and today the details for another Domino record have been released, this time for Twin Sister along with the album’s first track. The group’s debut full-length, titled In Heaven, will be released September 27. The first track, “Bad Street,” which is definitely a throwback tinged with an ’80s feel, is available for streaming and download below, in addition to the tracklist.
I’m pretty stoked for this album. I caught most of Twin Sister’s set at Black Cat back in November, and it was pretty awesome. I’m excited to see how they’ve grown and what’s next. I’m hopefully checking the group out on June 18 as part of Northside, but they are playing Black Cat with Beirut on June 14 and Ottobar with Wild Nothing on July 12.
